Assistance in getting information on airlines, etc.

20 year old son of my boyfriend is living in San Christobol in Chiapas, Mexico. We are trying to get him to join our family vacation in Placencia, Belize in December. I need help information anything on how to get him from Chiapas to Belize. Thanks,
